Our apartments are located in the Club village of Pierre et vacances Sainte Anne Guadeloupe.
For any stay in one of our apartments, you benefit from the services and activities offered by the club.
Are included in all our prices:
- Sheets with your beds made
- Towels
- A welcome kit to start your stay including a few pods for the dishwasher, washing-up liquid, a dish towel, a bar of soap, and shower gel/shampoo available in a dispenser in the shower.
Not included:
- Cleaning at the end of your stay: You must take out your garbage cans, run a dishwasher and put away the dishes. We thank you for sweeping and washing the floor before leaving.

The swimming pools:
By choosing one of our accommodations, you have access to all the activities and services offered by Pierre et vacances. For example, you can choose to relax in the main swimming pool, with its immense aquatic area, or to lounge on one of the deckchairs in the Premium zone swimming pool, which is generally quieter. The 2 swimming pools are open from 8:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. each day, with the exception of periods when entertainment services are closed (generally from mid-September to mid-October, the dates of which are to be confirmed each year)
Club beaches:
Two beaches with deckchairs (available free of charge within the limit of available deckchairs) are located in the Holiday Village Sainte Anne :
- the first beach, opposite the apartments of the main village Anse à la barque
- Tamarin beach, near the village pierre et Vacances Tamarinds
Bowls :
A pétanque court is available near the main swimming pool.

Club location
The club is between Sainte Anne and Saint Francis.
The commune of Sainte-Anne is located in the middle of the south coast of Grande-Terre from the tip of Morne Jacques to the tip of Helleux. Its beaches are partially protected from the currents of the Atlantic Ocean by a coral reef.
The beaches :
Leaving the beach at Le Balaou restaurant, taking the seaside path on the right, you can walk to Bois-Jolan beach with emerald green waters is surrounded by the coral reef, and at the Coarse sand beach (surf spot). Located in the Helleux sector, the swell is strong and swimming is unsupervised.
I recommend you to find out la Caravelle beach is located outside the village is lined with coconut trees, and la Bourg beach known for family reunions on weekends.
Until the end of xviiie century, the activity of Saint-François is organized around the cotton plantations and until the xxe century around sugar cane.
Agriculture (mainly market gardening for Guadeloupe consumption) and fishing remain important parts of economic activity. The fishing port, which is the second largest in the archipelago in terms of the number of fishermen, is also a port for transporting passengers to the islands of La Désirade, Marie-Galante and Les Saintes.

These products include surface cleaners, floor products, and general maintenance items.

When you notice that one of the maintenance products is about to run out, we simply invite you to renew it for the next tenant. By doing so, you will help maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the premises for everyone.
In our desire to promote an ecological and united approach, we wish to encourage a practice that is even more beneficial for our community: the sharing unopened food items. When you leave the apartment, if you have surplus foodstuffs, we invite you to leave them available for future tenants.
This simple and user-friendly initiative will reduce food waste while facilitating the installation of newcomers. You will be able to introduce local products or regional specialties to your successors, thus creating a warm bond between the different residents.
