8. Attribution of jurisdiction – Applicable law – Processing of complaints – Mediation

In the event of a dispute between Studios Barbadine and the Client, the Parties endeavor to find an amicable solution. Studios Barbadine undertakes to respond to any complaint thus submitted within 3 working days.

In the absence of a satisfactory response, and on the double condition that the Customer is a Consumer, as defined by the Consumer Code, and has complied with the prior complaints procedure described above, the Customer has the possibility of appealing directly and free of charge. to the mediation service of the Association of European Mediators (AME CONSO) within one year from the date of submission of the complaint to IONOS Customer Service.

Referral to the consumer mediator must be made in accordance with the terms indicated on the AME CONSO website. http://www.mediationconso-ame.com, it being specified that the mediator referral form is available on said website or can be requested by mail addressed to AME CONSO, 11, Place Dauphine, 75001 PARIS.
